No charge at all! It’s all on the house as part of our quality control process to make sure your project hits the mark. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you’re happy, we’re over the moon.

Our proofing process is designed to keep you in the loop at every step of your cannabis packaging journey. After you’ve given the green light on the dimensional concept and finalized the art/design we’ll work together to determine whether local proofs are sufficient or if we need to provide factory color drawdowns or physical samples—whether in a pristine white or featuring the full print. It’s all about making sure you’re happy with the outcome before we move forward!

Unfortunately, we don’t do COD payments. To get the ball rolling, we’ll request a 50% deposit for each order, and the remaining balance will be due before we ship out your items. Once you’re a seasoned client with our cannabis packaging company, we can chat about hooking you up with some cool net terms, assuming your credit application gets the green light.

Absolutely! A bunch of our clients enjoy net terms, and if you’ve got a good track record with payments, you’re in luck. Once you’re a trusted and established client, we’ll invite you to fill out a quick credit application. Taking our commitment to excellence a step further, we meticulously inspect your order in our warehouse before finalizing the shipping process. Should the need arise, we are more than happy to coordinate arrangements for your items to be shipped directly from our cutting-edge factories.

For U.S. shipments, we work with specially vetted third-party freight companies to handle our shipping needs. When it comes to off-shore shipments, we take the reins and manage much of the freight ourselves, utilizing full containers for efficient shipping. Your goods are in good hands!

• Provide the dosage details and usage instructions as guided by your state’s cannabis regulations
• Provide state-required corporate information for cannabis companies, including any license numbers
• Provide any ingredients or nutritional facts and barcodes, when applicable
• Know how many skus you will need
• Thoughts about the look and feel (textures, finishes, colors)
• What you like
• What you don’t like, i.e. a specific color
