Dave, a seasoned professional with over 40 years in the printing and packaging industry, brings a wealth of expertise in lithography and digital printing to the team. As the owner of Treeform Packaging and Packaging Options USA, he serves customers across a multitude of industries. Dave has served as friend and President of the Friends of Camp Concord for over 27 years.

Ryan is a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, Ryan possesses both the educational acumen and the warm personality to effectively partner with clients and drive growth. Whether you’re seeking innovative solutions or need help navigating complex challenges, Ryan is here to help and make the process enjoyable!

David Hutchins brings over a decade of packaging experience, leading the development of hundreds of packaging types with manufacturers globally. He has a background in operations, sourcing, and product development, ranging from commodity to custom packaging. He obtained a BA in International Politics with a minor in Economics from Saint Mary’s College and is also a certified Korean Linguist from the Defense Language Institute at Monterey. David’s passion for cost accounting, manufacturing details and supply chains brings great value to the Treeform team, where he joined in 2021.

Julia is a leader in the world of business and operations with over 30 years of experience. She has a deep understanding of executive management, marketing strategy, operations, supply chain management, print, packaging, and coaching, making her a well-rounded and sought-after expert in the print and packaging industry. Julia, former co-founder of Hippo Premium Packaging, offers over 8 years of innovative cannabis packaging solutions while serving clients and leading Treeform’s successful marketing efforts.

With a background in business marketing, Hunter combines his Bay Area roots and cannabis community knowledge to bring innovation to packaging solutions. As a recent graduate of Chico State University, he leverages his marketing skills to help companies grow their brand. Hunter has been a member of the cannabis community since 2017 and a valued member of the Treeform team since 2021.

Trevor is a results-driven professional with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Trevor has been with Treeform since 2020, spending time in logistics and most recently as a member of the sales team.  His diverse background in sales, business development, event coordination, and social media marketing contribute to Trevor’s well rounded knowledge of the packaging industry. Hailing from the East Bay in Pleasant Hill, Trevor is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
