Decorating Options
Your glass containers and closures can be decorated with a wide range of colors and designs. We can match PMS colors, matte or glossy coatings, metallize and more to meet your requirements. Our decoration options include:- Direct Printing on jars and lids: Applied Ceramic Labeling (ACL) is a technique where the inks are applied by screen and then baked on the jars for a high-end look. This process does come with some printing constraints such as a gap of approximately 2mm between different colors.
- UV Printing: This process is done with modern printers and cured with light, allowing for complex designs.
- Heat Transfer Label: A specialized label is created, applied, and baked onto the jar, giving the appearance of a direct print. This process can allow for particularly intricate designs.
- Dipping or Spraying with Solid Colors: Jars can be coated with a solid color and then printed over for a unique look.
- Hot Stamping: Bright metallics can be added to the jars or closures using this option, especially over black.
- Water Transfer Printing: A method that allows for highly colorful and intricate designs, such as tie dyes, wood patterns, and more. This option can be applied to both jars and closures and is best for randomizable patterns.
GLASS PREROLL TUBES
Glass preroll tubes are made from borosilicate glass on tube machines. While we have common sizes available, with higher volumes and lead time, custom tube sizes can be produced with little or no tooling costs due to the unique production method.
FLOWER JARS
The most common cannabis flower jars come in the 2oz or 3oz size for an eighth ounce of flower. 4oz jars will usually fit a quarter ounce (depends how fluffy the strain!). Larger size jars are available for the half ounce and full ounce of flower options. We offer flower jars in multiple materials including eco-friendly.
PLASTIC PREROLL TUBES
Plastic cannabis preroll packaging tubes with the separate closure are produced by blow molding PET, while the “J-Tube” design with the squeeze-open, attached closure are made with PP plastic. We have many sizes to fit your preroll size.
CONCENTRATE JARS
Concentrate jars are some of the smallest containers in the cannabis packaging industry. We have jars in 4mil, 5mi, 7mil, 9mil and 15mil available in different styles, sizes and colors. There are also a variety of liner options for keeping your concentrates in optimal condition.
PREROLL JARS
Multipack preroll jars come in many size options for both the glass and clear PET plastic options. Different height, diameters and neck sizes. Get them with an embossed metallized cap option to standout on the shelf.
