Holding an MBA from Eastern Washington University, he specializes in project management and testing new products, driven by a passion for delivering results for everyone involved. Years as a teacher and basketball coach sharpened his ability to build genuine relationships and craft creative solutions to tough problems. Today, he applies that leadership daily with clients and colleagues alike—though come March, his full attention is strictly on March Madness.

For over four decades, Dave has mastered the craft of lithography and digital printing—knowledge he puts to work every day leading Treeform Packaging Solutions and Packaging Options USA. Passionate about genuine connection, he partners with clients across a variety of industries, walking them through every phase from initial concept to final production. That same steadfast commitment carries into his community work, where he has served as a devoted friend and President of Friends of Camp Concord for more than 27 years.

Ryan thrives on the creative and operational puzzle of custom cannabis packaging—bags, jars, boxes, and everything in between. He specializes in bringing new brand visions to life, ensuring final products arrive seamlessly and look exceptional. Skilled in sales, operations, and supply chain management, Ryan coordinates all the moving parts, leads the team, works directly with clients, and runs a cost-effective global sourcing network. Armed with a BS from the University of Oregon, he brings deep expertise to brand development and sourcing. Outside of work, you'll find him cheering on the 49ers, listening to house music, playing electric guitar, or taking orders from his cats.

With more than three decades in high-end printing and packaging manufacturing, Kary brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to the Treeform team. Having founded and led Hippo Packaging as CEO, she developed an insider’s understanding of the unique packaging needs of cannabis and CBD brands. Kary thrives on mentorship, creative strategy, and sharing her expertise to help businesses excel. Off the clock, she embraces life to the fullest by traveling, cooking for loved ones, and catching live music.

Adina bridges the gap between creative vision and detailed execution in her focus on business development and sales, product development and the overall marketing experience. With an MFA, and background and experience in the new, small, commercial, and corporate business world, her skill set spans from creative ideation, market research, new product development, budgeting and strategic planning to focused marketing and advertising. An initial member of the Treeform team since 2017, she is passionate about problem solving, creative solutions and thrives on turning abstract brand concepts into functional, high-impact packaging. Jack brings creative thinking, strong communication, and a focus on efficiency to Treeform's marketing, data, and sales support work. His experience spans cannabis, compliance, and customer service, giving him a well-rounded view of what brands need to get packaging right the first time. Passionate about music, family, and sports, Jack is enthusiastic about innovation, cool designs, new music, and community — bringing that same energy into how he supports Treeform's clients and team every day.

With a 35-year career spanning executive management, marketing strategy, and operations, Julia is a seasoned leader at Treeform. Having co-founded Hippo Premium Packaging, she built over eight years of deep industry insight in cannabis packaging before taking on Treeform’s trade show strategy and sales. She pairs operational and print expertise with an unwavering focus on client success and personal fulfillment. Off the clock, Julia can be found playing bridge, traveling, or spending quality time with her family.

Nick brings a unique mix of artistic vision and relationship-building to his role as Senior Account Executive. Leveraging a background in fine art and more than 10 years of customer service experience, he bridges creative thinking with growth strategy to bring complex packaging projects to life. Since joining Treeform in 2022, Nick has built lasting client partnerships grounded in attention to detail and open communication. Hailing from the East Bay, Trevor brings a strong customer focused approach to Treeform. He joined in 2020, with the goal of bringing client’s packaging visions to life. His business development, logistics, and community networking experience give him a unique perspective on the packaging landscape. He enjoys connecting with clients through networking and industry events. Rooted in the Bay Area, Hunter brings a strong business marketing foundation and hands-on cannabis community experience to Treeform. A Chico State University graduate who has been part of the cannabis space since 2017, he joined the team in 2021 to help brands navigate custom packaging challenges. Passionate about clear communication and creative problem solving, Hunter delivers top-tier packaging solutions tailored to every brand. Rooted in the Bay Area, Nathan grew up in Alamo and now calls Walnut Creek home. After graduating from Oregon State University in 2017, he brought his steady communication and problem-solving skills to Treeform, where his eye for color matching and organization keeps client projects running smoothly. A firm believer that life is best shared with good company, Nathan spends his free time staying active, enjoying great food, playing tabletop games, and spending time with his girlfriend and family.

Driven by a commitment to family, health, and kaizen—the philosophy of continuous improvement—Ben brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to account management and operations. His end-to-end background in the cannabis space covers everything from cultivation and extraction to logistics and team leadership. Combined with skills in photography and networking, he excels at connecting with clients and refining processes. With over ten years of experience in global consumer packaged goods, Herbert Lee combines technical engineering expertise with strategic project management. A patent-awarded innovator holding degrees from UCLA (BS, Chemical Engineering) and CSUEB (MBA), his background spans R&D, operations, and sourcing for both commodity and custom packaging. Herbert thrives on creative problem-solving and bringing new product innovations to life for Treeform's clients. Off the clock, you'll find him riding his bike every single day.

Chris combines a lifelong passion for the graphic arts with deep operational focus. His background includes traditional letterpress craftsmanship—working directly with antique presses and metal type—which gives him a unique appreciation for structure, design, and detail. Holding a BA in Graphic Design, Chris applies his creative and analytical instincts daily to keep Treeform’s production running without a hitch. With more than three decades in operations, sourcing, and procurement, Laura brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Treeform. Having started in custom packaging manufacturing, she has managed high-profile projects for global brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and 007 James Bond. Her well-rounded skill set covers everything from product development and promotional merchandise to end-to-end logistics. Laura combines a positive, client-first mindset with dedicated problem-solving and detail-oriented oversight. Off the clock, she’s happiest spending time with her kids or mapping out her next vacation.

Mary Lou keeps Treeform’s day-to-day operations running seamlessly with her expertise in logistics, office management, and warehouse maintenance. A natural problem-solver, her adaptable approach and steady perspective guide how she supports her team every day. Outside of work, Mary Lou is deeply passionate about family, mental health advocacy, and volunteering with Free Mom Hugs. Sheldon is fascinated by the intersection of art and science—especially the moment where form seamlessly aligns with function. As a Graphic Designer at Treeform, he brings deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, typography, composition, and color theory. He pairs strong creative instincts with practical experience in brand implementation, concept visualization, and tight schedule management. Jenna brings a deep passion for illustration and design to her work at Treeform as a Graphic Designer.
